Accounting Internship
Full job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Accounting Intern to assist our
finance team in various day-to-day tasks. This internship provides an excellent
opportunity for someone pursuing a career in accounting, and to gain hands on
experience/exposure to the inner workings of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with accounts payable and receivable process, including invoice
processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communication.
2. Support month-end financial close process.
3. Conduct bank and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
of financial data.
4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income
statements and cash flow statements.
5. Aid in the maintenance of financial records and documentation in compliance
with company policies and regulations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve
efficiency within the financial department.
7. Assist in other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
